Eligibility:
Replacements are provided for manufacturing defects, printing errors, or shipping damages reported within 15 days of delivery.

How to Request:

  1. Take clear photos/videos showing the issue (e.g., printing errors, damage).

  2. Email the details, including your order number, to support@yourstruuuly.com.

  3. Our team will respond within 2-3 business days to assist you.


Conditions:

Covers manufacturing defects, binding issues, or shipping damage.
No returns accepted due to the personalized nature of our books.


Additional Info:

Replacements are processed once per order.
Approved replacements ship within 7-10 business days.
